The Early-Bird Registration of $55 ends on January 18, 2008. After that deadline, $15 will be added to the registration fee per person.
Each registrant will be sent a confirmation notice.
Breakout Registration: Tickets for individual seminars will be available during check-in on Friday night. Tickets are required for each session to ensure that class size allows for an optimal learning experience for everyone, and are available on a first come, first served basis. For the most up to date list of available classes, visit the Worship Northwest website (www.worshipnorthwest.com) often.
Transferring Registration: You may transfer your registration to another person, as long as that individual is from your church. Name changes must be made directly with the Registration Hotline, which can be reached at 866.WNW.2008 (866.969.2008) between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Tuesday through Friday. There is no fee for this type of transfer and there is no transfer deadline. To avoid lines at check-in, please contact us with any name changes at least one week prior to the conference.
Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel your registration, on or before January 19, 2008, you will receive a refund of your conference fees less a $15.00 cancellation fee per registration. We cannot refund conference fees after January 19, 2008.
So that all may take full advantage of the conference without distraction, no children or infants please.
